Doberman’s Bar & Grill opened its doors on March 26, 2018, and quickly established itself as a thriving neighborhood bar and family restaurant, in the Rice Military District. Founded by Robert C. Williams and Cristopher Hayes, Doberman’s soon became a meeting place for professional and alumni organizations.

The Doberman’s kitchen is where Houston meets New Orleans, serving American fare with Cajun/Creole inspiration. Doberman’s has exciting lunch and dinner menus that satisfy a myriad of taste buds. You can also enjoy unique offerings from our Saturday and Sunday Brunch menu.
